The hotel's decoration had a charming vintage touch, reminiscent of the grandeur of a bygone era. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for senior people like me. I particularly enjoyed the accessibility of the hotel, with easy navigation and no stairs to reach my room.
While my stay was mostly enjoyable, I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially with carrying my luggage to my room. A little extra help from the children working there would have made my vacation even better.

My husband and I were traveling with 5 kids ages 11 and under. The staff was extremely helpful arranging a room for all of us to stay together, (which is hard to do in most Italian hotels.) I was very impressed with the staff!! We had an ocean view, the location is perfect! Breakfast is standard Italian breakfast, fruit, cereal and pasteries.
The biggest downfall of this hotel was the price. I was extremely disappointed when they charged us extra for each of our children in the room. 2 rooms for 3 nights would have cost 1000euro. We were able to cancel 1 room and stay together (thought we would save a lot of money) but they charged us 800euro for 1 room for 3 nights. Didn't have the time or energy to argue and just paid. They charge to place items in the refrigerator, first time I had ever seen something like that! Crazy!

Very friendly staff. Good food and good value with full-board (except breakfast which is nothing but cake, donuts and pastries). Location is good- walk to beach and old town- but this is true for most Rimini hotels.
The hotel is smaller than it appears in the pictures, including guest rooms and communal areas. Beware of extra charges eg parking 7€, wifi 9€, putting own stuff in minibar fridge 5€ per day. If you need all of these extras, you may do better somewhere else.

I recently stayed at Hotel Vienna Ostenda in Rimini for a few days. The location was perfect, with a nice restaurant next door, a bus stop to the city center and main attractions just 5 minutes away, and the beach just a few minutes away as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always addressing our queries quickly and respectfully. Despite the facilities not being 4-star, the price was very reasonable. The breakfast had great options like coffee, waffles, and fresh juice. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent, thanks to a staff member from our country who was very nice. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
Would recommend this hotel.

The spacious room ( although I paid extra money for it ).Service was good thanks to a staff member which came from our country and was nice
I didn't like breakfast-poor breakfast, bad cappuccino, no diet Coke at the bar, wi-fi in hotel but not in our room although I paid for it ( which was in a building nearby, in the same court , room for we have paid extra money for bath tub) and , wi-fi with extra money ( stupid ) , only old people in the hotel. We bought a special kind of fresh pasta to take back home and we couldn't place it in the fridge in the room because we saw a note on the fridge that said "you have to pay 5 euro/day if you put your stuff in the fridge" and that seemed also stupid

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect - close to a nice restaurant, the beach, and a bus stop for exploring the city. The staff treated us with utmost friendliness and were always ready to help.
The breakfast menu could be improved with better cappuccino and the option of diet Coke.

We had a great time in this lovely hotel during our family vacation. the location was perfect, super close to both the beach and the center of the city, and we found some amazing restaurants in a village outside suggested by the staff that we enjoyed. the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the private parking and discount on the beach were also great advantages.
The staff didn't speak English very well, which made communication a little challenging at times.

A charming beach hotel with a perfect location, entertaining live music during meals, and a diverse menu. A tropical paradise in the heart of Rimini!
Who needs soap in the bathroom anyway? Such outdated amenities, what a blast from the past!

The staff were friendly and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, which made it easy to get a great night's sleep. Plus, the free breakfast was a great way to start the day.
The hotel was very outdated and in need of renovation. The facilities were old and not well-maintained, and the decor was quite old-fashioned.

The location of this hotel was excellent, it was really close to the beach and had lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with whatever we needed. We also enjoyed using the free bicycles that were provided for us to explore the area.
The rooms were a bit small and could have used some updating, particularly in the bathroom area. The breakfast selection was limited and could have been better. Additionally, we had some issues with the cleanliness of our room and felt that it could have been better maintained. it was a decent hotel for the price, but there were certainly some areas that could use improvement.
